Vædderen is alongside the quay Amaliehaven at Friday 11
August 2006.
The plan was that the satellite Quickbird should record an
image either the 10th or 11th August of Vædderen while alongside
the quay in Copenhagen. Unfortunately there was too may clouds
to make this feasible. Instead we ordered COWI to make an aerial
photo flight which resulted in this beautiful image.
The image is included in the Satellite Eye for Galathea 3
case study on Copenhagen, in which all the different satellite
system recording images is presented.
